Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Product Research Developer in Lawrenceville, GA .In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, entering orders, and overall customer satisfaction. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In a Product Research Developer role youll be responsible for:

• Research PPE and related products on Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
• Identify new and trending products with potential for the company's product line.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, reviews, ratings, features, and customer feedback.
• Research product demand and identify market opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and track changes in pricing, product offerings, promotions, and positioning.
• Analyze customer reviews to identify common complaints, product gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to help in the shipping department if need be

What youll need:

• 13 years of experience in product research, e-commerce, purchasing, data analysis, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon and eBay marketplaces.
• Excellent internet research skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with PPE, safety products, medical supplies, industrial products, or related industries preferred

Monday- Friday
7:00 am- 4:00 pm
Pay rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr
