Sr. Payroll Analyst

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for solving complex Payroll issues, stemming from restaurant team members, managers, and Support Center staff. Responsibilities Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists Support Payroll Supervisors by handling escalations Assists in the Training and Development of Payroll Specialists and New Hires Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Merges) Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related matters Document and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items Education & Experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred Payroll processing experience required Experience with Workday preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, And ABILITIES Strong computer skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to work in a highly structured team environment Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
