ServiceNow Developer

Role Summary




Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on platform development, integration, and solution design experience. The ideal candidate can independently design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions while taking a 360-degree view of requirements, dependencies, and platform impact before implementation.




Key Responsibilities




Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations.




Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, custom applications, and custom tables.




Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.




Assess upstream and downstream impacts before implementation to ensure changes do not disrupt existing functionality or data flows.




Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement sustainable fixes.




Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, security, and performance optimization practices.




Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment support across environments.




Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

hypercare, and post-production support Hands-on experience with Asset Management / ITAM Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management Exposure to APM and other ServiceNow platform applications Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments




Certifications




Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)




Preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); additional relevant module certifications are advantageous
