- 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer / Workflow Designer
- Experience with Service Catalog, custom applications, and custom tables
- Strong integration skills: REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, third-party integrations
- Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and platform architecture
- Strong debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Hands-on experience with Asset Management / ITAM
- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management
- Exposure to APM and other ServiceNow platform applications
- Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, custom applications, and custom tables
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Assess upstream and downstream impacts before implementation to ensure changes do not disrupt existing functionality or data flows
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement sustainable fixes
- Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, security, and performance optimization practices
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment support across environments
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
