Associate Territory Manager - Surgical - Orange County, CA

Associate Territory Manager – Surgical Supports and reports to the Director of Sales in the coverage and setup of surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies. This is an entry‑level position designed to provide access into a medical device surgical sales environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products. Provide case coverage for assigned accounts. Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with TMs to expand accounts. Meet or exceed the assigned quota based on territory alignment. Assist in local meetings and coverage activities. Job Requirements BA/BS degree; preference for candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales. Medical sales experience and prior hands‑on anatomy lab experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States. Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette. Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel. Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. Strong decision‑making ability, sound judgment and critical thinking. Motivated and able to work independently within a fast‑paced, team environment. Additional Qualifications Drive and enthusiasm for sales, adaptability, active listening skills, and sales resilience are highly valued and preferred.
