Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is hiring Plastic Surgeons in San Jose, CA to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.

• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds, including pressure injuries

• Average Annual Earnings: $200,000– $250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
