This position involves overseeing patient care for TAVR procedures throughout the entire process, from initial referral and pre-procedure assessments to follow-up care after the procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide education regarding TAVR procedures.
• Schedule necessary diagnostic tests and procedures efficiently.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team conferences to enhance patient care.
• Monitor and document patient outcomes and relevant data.
• Work collaboratively with cardiologists, surgeons, and support teams to ensure safe and effective patient-centered care.
• Promote quality assurance, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within a dynamic hospital clinic environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
