What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare every case for trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
• Supervise paralegals and legal support staff
• Maintain exceptional client communication throughout the litigation process
• Deliver outstanding advocacy while achieving favorable client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
• Proven trial experience
• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience handling:
  • Discovery
  • Depositions
  • Motion practice
  • Mediations
  • Court appearances
  • Trial preparation
• Strong leadership and case management abilities
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
• Passion for client advocacy and courtroom litigation
• Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
