Retail Sales RepresentativeWe are looking to fill two positions on our sales team. We are a mover and a shaker in the car business and our business is booming!! We are a fast-paced store and need to fill these spots with clean-cut, reliable, self-driven, sales professionals.A strong work ethic is a must. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We'll train you!Our sales performers are earning from $27 to $62 per hour ($90,000 to $120,000 in annualized pay)! We offer a great pay plan with awesome performance bonuses.Our pay is competitive and merit-oriented.Main Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:Greeting and assisting customersProduct knowledge, act with integrity to answer customer questions and move the sale of automobiles forward.Prospect, follow-up, and contact potential customersRetail Sales Representative Job Description:We are looking for qualified retail sales representatives to provide our customers with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.A good job candidate is a person with strong communication skills who knows how to delight customers and make them feel welcome and respected.
