Senior Compensation Analyst

A growing national organization is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support compensation operations, benchmarking initiatives, and annual compensation planning activities within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role is ideal for a compensation professional who thrives in a highly dynamic environment and enjoys balancing analytical work, systems administration, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate job descriptions and compensation structures
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders on compensation initiatives
• Support compensation-related approvals and workflows within Workday
• Manage bonus plan assignments and compensation change requests
• Review compensation components tied to open requisitions
• Support annual compensation planning cycles, merit planning, and survey submissions
• Respond to and manage requests through internal ticketing systems
• Participate in compensation-related projects and process improvements

Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Workday Advanced Compensation required
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience supporting compensation analysis, benchmarking, and planning activities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within insurance, brokerage, financial services, or similar corporate environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred:
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
• Experience participating in compensation cycle planning and implementation
