Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, fun, and driven employee to join our team! We are a coffee shop by day, and a taproom by night. We have a simple breakfast and lunch menu, as well as draft beer, wine, and cocktails.

We have been getting busier AND a position just opened up. We are looking to hire one person for 20-35 hours!

A little bit more about the position:

Starting pay is $10.00/hr plus credit card AND cash tips . ($17-21/hr)
20-35 hours a week.
Previous barista experience is required at this time.
Must be over the age of 21.
We are prioritizing candidates with weeknight and weekend availability.
We are prioritizing candidates with Sunday availability!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and taking orders accurately.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service speed and efficiency.
Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for daily sales.
