We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in.We are looking for an exceptional go-getter to join ERGO NEXT as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full journey for express agents — from activation through long-term retention.In this role, you'll build and optimize the programs that turn newly appointed express agents into high-producing advocates for our business insurance products. You will combine deep customer knowledge with rigorous data analysis — and increasingly, AI-powered tools for segmentation, content generation, and predictive triggers — to design communications and experiences that move express agents through key milestones, reduce churn, and grow LTV.This is a high-impact role with significant cross-functional collaboration, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and engineering. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
