Operations Subject Matter Expert for AI Model Training [Remote]

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your operational knowledge to enhance the quality of AI training data. Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps, improving AI model performance in Operations-related areas.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across various specializations, providing accurate and well-structured solutions to Operations problems.
• Evaluate operational tasks and solutions, delivering clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• 8+ years of professional experience in Operations leadership at a recognized organization (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Operations Practice, GE, P&G, DoorDash, or a comparable enterprise).
• Demonstrated career progression into senior operations leadership roles (e.g., Operations Manager to Director of Operations to VP of Operations or COO track).
• Availability to engage for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

Hourly compensation ranges from $80 to $110.
