Project Executive

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Executive to support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. Working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, you will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, schedules, status reports and meeting materials; coordinating project activities and tracking progress against key milestones; maintaining accurate records, documentation and risk registers; and monitoring budgets, resources and deliverables. You will arrange meetings, record actions and follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward. The role will also involve identifying potential issues, escalating risks where appropriate, supporting the implementation of solutions and ensuring that relevant processes, policies and governance requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.


Applicants should have proven experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar role, with a good understanding of project management principles and delivery processes. Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels. You should be confident using standard office and project management software, comfortable working with budgets and reports, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, a practical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are key to success in this position.
