Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans that address clients' distinct therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit the dynamics and goals of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, discussing shared client cases, and developing integrated treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on your caseload and experience.
