Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that best meet the needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and insightful clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients may encounter challenges such as mental health disorders, trauma, substance abuse issues, or family dynamics. The LPC will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support and guidance, promoting resilience and recovery within these populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is necessary.

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between $70,000 and $90,000, which will be determined based on experience and client caseload. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance coverage, malpractice insurance, and assistance with billing and documentation. Furthermore, all new hires are eligible for a substantial sign-on bonus, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
