This position supports ground transportation for neonatal and pediatric patients within the Seattle area, working closely with the transportation team to ensure safe transfer of infants and children to higher-level care facilities. The role involves collaboration with respiratory therapists and advanced practice providers during patient transport. Job Details Position: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid compact license; BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications; at least 1 year of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience. Responsibilities: Support ground transportation of neonatal and pediatric patients, work with interdisciplinary teams, monitor patient status during transit, and manage specialized equipment such as ventilators and arterial lines. Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS. Additional Information: Must have experience in ground transportation. May float to NICU, PICU, or pediatric units as needed. Candidates should be prepared to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
