Strategic Sales Operations & Incentives Partner

Zoetis is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to shape US incentive strategies and drive data-informed decisions for the US Sales teams. You will guide analysts, develop hypotheses, and build tools to support incentive recommendations aligned with BU goals. You will design compensation programs by category, define KPIs, and present executive summaries to BU leadership, helping to ensure payouts and forecasts align with strategic targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zoetis
