Employee benefits include, but are not limited to: health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location) Key Responsibilities: The B2B CARE Business Operation Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s operation functions including Customer’s VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed.
