Accounts Payable Clerk Location Boca Raton, FL Work Arrangement Hybrid — 2 Days In-Office / Remaining Days Remote Salary Range $50,000-$55,000(Depending on Experience) About the Role We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support the day-to-day financial operations of a single-family office. The role offers meaningful responsibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to work closely with a small, professional team in a single-family office environment. Responsibilities Of The AP Clerk Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Record and classify transactions in QuickBooks. Manage the full AP cycle in BILL, including invoices, approvals, and payments. Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts. Maintain organized vendor and financial records. Process incoming financial mail and support on‑site administrative needs. Respond to vendor payment inquiries professionally. Qualifications Of The AP Clerk 2–4+ years of bookkeeping and/or AP experience. Advanced QuickBooks Online or Desktop preferred. BILL experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a hybrid environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
