Service Desk Technician

Client located in Golden, CO is seekinga Service Desk Technicianfor a long-term contract position. This position will participate in a call center environment handling calls from internal employees. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, printer issues,operating system issues and software issues. This position includes on-call rotation spread across the team. Qualifications Required Skills: Windows 7. Mac OSX 10.7. Microsoft Office (Windows and Mac). Desired Skills: Active Directory.
