Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Onsite Mon/Wed/Fri) Salary: $82,000–$90,000/year + Full Benefits Required Skills Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable 3+ Years of Supervisory Experience Billing & Collections Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead daily AR operations, billing, collections, and team performance. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong expertise in full‑cycle AR, account reconciliation, contract review, and customer account management. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements while ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and exceptional member service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily AR operations, billing, collections, and month‑end processes. Review and approve manual billing, coding, and account adjustments. Lead delinquency management, payment plans, and collections strategies. Serve as the escalation point for complex billing and account issues. Supervise, coach, and develop the AR team while managing workload and performance. Review contracts, account setups, amendments, and billing configurations. Support Central Bill accounts and resolve reservation billing discrepancies. Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and protect revenue. Required Experience 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections experience. 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience. Experience in high-volume billing environments. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices. Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials preferred). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with contract review, billing setup, and customer account management. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation in AR processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
