Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify inpatient medications
• Review and interpret prescriptions and medication orders
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient responses and report any adverse drug reactions
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Participate in pharmacy rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license
• Proven experience as a staff pharmacist in a hospital inpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and hospital formularies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy information systems
