Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This clinical pharmacist role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert inpatient pharmaceutical care across two hospital sites. The position supports a combined total of 65 beds and requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage typical inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication verification and clinical interventions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with an active Ohio pharmacy license
• Experience in clinical pharmacy within an inpatient hospital setting
• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff and perform clean room oversight responsibly
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with healthcare teams

Schedule & Location:

• Based in Mansfield, OH
• Flexible shifts starting between 6 AM and 9 AM
• Work every fourth weekend
• Contract position starting ASAP for 12 weeks
