Luxor Staffing is hiring an HR Coordinator paying up to $24 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift: Mon- Fri 10AM-6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and attendance management.
• Supervise and support employees in a fast-paced production environment, including conducting floor check-ins and addressing workplace concerns.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments, monitor attendance and performance, and communicate expectations and updates to employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, spreadsheets, staffing trackers, attendance reports, and personnel documentation.
• Partner with management to address employee concerns, performance issues, staffing needs, and operational matters while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Team Lead or supervisory experience , preferably in a production or warehouse environment.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, attendance, staffing, and daily HR operations .
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to professionally address employee questions and workplace concerns.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential employee information.
