Superintendent Twin Cities Based Company | Direct Hire | $100,000–$130,000 Konik is partnering with a growing general contractor seeking to add a Superintendent to support active ground-up construction projects in the greater Twin Cities. Superintendent Responsibilities Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-aheads Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety standards Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to plans Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities Superintendent Qualifications 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Role Details Role is primarily field-based with travel required between project sites Opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work High level of ownership and autonomy on projects Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000 depending on experience Per diem Bonus potential based on project and company performance Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Konik is an equal-opportunity employer.
