2 to 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT or business operations environments.
Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and documentation.
Ability to lead and manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle-from discovery to signoff.
Proficient in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
To be responsible for requirements gathering and ensuring they are complete, clear, and aligned to business needs.
To create the required features in JIRA and maintain a well-organized backlog.
To create the required user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and workflow considerations.
To execute Scrum calls and coordinate daily standups.
Hands-on experience facilitating Sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process optimization.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Good understanding of data analysis concepts and ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
Proficient with SQL for data validation, investigation, and UAT/SIT support activities.
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and ability to function effectively within Scrum teams.
Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles-test case creation, defect tracking, and coordination with end users.
Good understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, metadata, and lineage concepts.
Experience documenting business processes, user journeys, and system interactions using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with clients and leadership stakeholders.
Experience working in team-based environments with regular client or stakeholder contact.
Ability to support production issue analysis by identifying root causes, validating impacts, and coordinating resolution.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and work in fast-paced environments.


Good to have: Exposure to API integrations or microservices, familiarity with data modeling concepts, experience with data validation, knowledge of cloud platforms, and background in financial services, regulatory dashboard reporting, or other data-intensive domains.
