Summary Description The Desktop Support Technician will play a key role in supporting the firm by managing the preparation and maintenance of laptops and desktop equipment. This includes imaging devices, performing cleaning and maintenance, and coordinating the packaging and shipment of laptops to end users. The Technician will also assist with workstation setup and other related projects, ensuring that firm personnel at all levels are equipped with the tools they need to deliver excellent service to our clients.
