This role focuses on content creation, marketing automation execution, and program support across digital channels, including webinars and partner marketing initiatives.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce a wide range of marketing content including email campaigns, webinar invitations, press releases, case studies, campaign messaging, and other promotional materialsExecute marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar tools, including email builds, list management, and campaign deploymentDevelop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards that measure campaign performance, customer engagement, webinar effectiveness, and other key marketing metrics while supporting recurring reporting needs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and partner teams to gather information and translate it into clear, compelling contentSupport the planning and execution of the company's webinar program, including content development, promotion, and follow-up communicationsAssist in the development of partner marketing content and initiatives to support strategic partnershipsEnsure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and campaign objectivesManage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standardsEdit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistencyResearch industry topics, trends, and competitors to support content developmentPartner with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiativesDesired Qualifications/SkillsStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiencesExperience developing both short-form and long-form content (emails, blogs, case studies, press releases, etc.)Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or similar toolsUnderstanding of content marketing principles and digital marketing channelsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic understanding of SEO and content performance best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems preferredRequirements2-4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fieldExperience using marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred, equivalent experience may be consideredPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit at a desk, computer terminal or meeting table for a long period of timeAbility to use hands and fingers or adaptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipmentAbility to lift up to 20 lbsAbility to use telephone frequently for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephoneAbility and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed. This is a hybrid-remote role; candidates based in San Diego County are expected to work a minimum of one day per week in the office.
