SME Sales Development Representative (Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for remote work in other U.S. locations) Overview Do you have passion for customers and would like an opportunity to grow your career into Sales? We are looking for a SME Sales Development Representative poised to reach new heights within our global Sales organization driving hypergrowth and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Accountabilities Support both inbound and outbound initiatives. Engage inbound inquiries via phone and email to assess interest, urgency, and fit, and coordinate meetings with the appropriate LHH sales partners. Maintain knowledge of market conditions & competitive activities and use these to identify opportunities in the market. Maintain accurate and timely records of lead activity, qualification notes, and opportunity details in Salesforce. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Inbound Sales, or Pipeline Generation role in technology sales industry or SaaS. Demonstrated track record operating in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environment. Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator). Goal-oriented, ownership, curiosity. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. What We Offer Growth opportunities within a human resources global leader.
