Overview Our client, a storied, top‑quality professional services organization, is expanding its Technology Talent Acquisition team. They are seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter with a client‑advisor mindset, robust market knowledge, and the ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting and executive‑level client interactions. Responsibilities As a contributor on a supportive, small team, you will: Manage 20–25 requisitions across all stages, from sourcing to offer negotiation and close. Deliver talent across data engineering, data architecture, cloud engineering, and networking infrastructure for technology roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing a high‑level service experience. Shape the future of the recruiting function within the organization. Qualifications • 8 + years of experience in full‑cycle technology recruiting. • Proven track record delivering talent in engineering, cloud, and infrastructure domains. • Strong ability to manage multiple active requisitions, negotiate offers, and close positions. • Experience in a corporate environment; time spent in financial or professional services highly desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
