Principal Assistant Program Manager
You will serve as the US/UK Principal Assistant Program Manager, supervising and managing a team of NH-03 and NH-04 personnel to support the UK's Polaris Sales Agreement and TRIDENT Programs.
You will establish work assignments to be accomplished by the employees in the program, setting priorities, preparing schedules for work completion, and ensuring the timely performance of satisfactory work efforts.
You will be responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.
You will be responsible for assigned cost, schedule, performance reporting and contract activities, logistics, budget and personnel management for all phases of the acquisition life cycle for a ship, submarine, carrier, ship system or weapon system.
You will design acquisition strategy and program baseline, and direct acquisition life cycle activities and all efforts associated with the program office or functional areas through subordinate managers and teams.
You will apply management and business principles to analyze situations, identify problems, probe causes and select courses of action for subordinate managers to pursue.
