Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Must live 75 miles away from the facility for travel assignment or be local (less than 75 miles)

Up to date resume with 2+ years of experience in the Emergency Department, including some pediatrics experience

Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC

Active New York nursing license verified through NURSYS

Experience with EMR: EPIC

Driver's license with address matching demographics

Provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient status and response to interventions

Participate in training and education of nursing students and new staff
