About UsANGARAI is a professional management consulting solutions and services organization headquartered in Washington DC Metro (College Park, Maryland, USA), with a Project Management Office (PMO), specializing in Enterprise Transformation Services and Enterprise Oversight Services for our clients who are US Govt. agencies.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise ERP modernization initiatives within an SAP environment.This role will document current-state business processes, support gap analysis efforts, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Business Process Consultant and enterprise stakeholders to ensure deliverables are structured, accurate, and implementation-ready.The ideal candidate has strong ERP analysis experience, SAP exposure, and advanced documentation capabilities.Key Responsibilities1. As-Is Business Process DocumentationSupport and participate in cross-functional workshopsDocument detailed workflows, process maps, system dependencies, and integrationsDevelop comprehensive process diagrams and documentation artifactsMaintain issue logs and track identified gaps and risks2. Gap Analysis & Future State SupportAssist in analyzing differences between current and future-state processesDocument system and operational gapsSupport development of modernization recommendations3. Requirements DevelopmentTranslate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirementsSupport SAP S/4HANA upgrade or alternative ERP implementation specificationsIdentify data migration, reporting, dashboard, and compliance requirementsEnsure traceability between requirements, process maps, and strategic objectives4.
