Overview Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club is seeking a creative, social-savvy, and sports + culture-obsessed Social Media Coordinator to support daily content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling across all digital platforms. This hourly role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, knows the difference between a Reel and a TikTok trend, and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment where food, sports, and nightlife collide. Responsibilities Content Creation & Curation Assist in capturing and creating daily, on-brand content (photos, videos, stories, Reels, TikToks) that showcase the vibe, events, cocktails, dishes, and culture of Flanker. Support real-time content capture during events, game days, nightlife programming, and media activations. Collaborate with internal team and creative leads to support campaign rollouts and special promotions. Attending all Food & Beverage Photoshoots with Marketing Manager and leading. Community Management Monitor and engage with followers across all platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, X) in a timely, fun, and professional tone. Flag and report guest inquiries, feedback, and trends to the appropriate internal team. Scheduling & Publishing Assist with content calendar planning and help schedule posts using tools like Later, Sprout, or native platform features. Stay up-to-date with platform best practices and post at optimal times to maximize engagement. Always getting ahead on Social Calendars, and optimizing when applicable. Influencer & Event Support Support influencer activations and partnerships, including scheduling visits, capturing content, and coordinating recaps. Help with media and influencer check-ins during on-site events and branded pop-ups. Analytics & Insights Track social media growth, engagement, and reach across all platforms. Provide weekly performance recaps and flag high-performing or under-performing content. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications. 1-3 years’ experience in past previous social media marketing roles. (hospitality and entertainment industry preferred). Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point. oPlus in Canva, Adobe and other Platforms. Must be an expert in Social Media Platforms oMeta, X, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn Knowing how to pivot at times when in need. Ability to multi-task multiple projects at once and understanding priority. Extremely organized and excellent communication + presentation skills. Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments, and channel sources, as well as ability to develop a strategic plan for each. Major plus in ability to edit content and produce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
