At Homestead Taproom & Kitchen, we’re all about simple, delicious food done right—smash burgers, crispy pizzas, cheese curds, and the kind of comfort food that keeps people coming back. We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who can lead the charge, keep the kitchen dialed in, and bring energy to every shift.

What You’ll Do:- Lead and inspire the kitchen team—set the tone, build the culture, and keep morale high
- Own the line: ensure food quality, consistency, and speed every single service
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
- Train and develop team members (and hold them accountable when needed)
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully compliant with health standards
- Collaborate with ownership on menu execution and continuous improvement
- A natural leader who thrives under pressure and keeps cool when it’s gotime
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, prep, and line flow
- Passion for comfort food and doing the simple things really well
- Experience managing a team and running a kitchen (bonus points for highvolume concepts)
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build something great
