Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status accepted
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to IDEA/IEP compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team-based interventions
