Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for practicing as an SLP
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
• Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and student support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments of students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy tailored to each student’s needs
• Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student success
