Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Asset Management support team, working closely with front office teams to enhance investment processes and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the BlackRock Aladdin platform with a focus on investment management and asset management domains.
• Collaborate with front office teams to streamline portfolio management, order management, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Utilize SQL for data investigation and analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate technical insights effectively.
• Assist in the integration and exposure to Snowflake/Aladdin Data Cloud and Python tools, if applicable.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role within financial services or asset management.
• Hands-on experience with the BlackRock Aladdin platform.
• Strong knowledge of investment management and front office support functions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and investigation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
