We are looking for someone who wants to run an entire regulated financial business—not simply manage a department. The platform is operational, your role is to get the business ready to support the launch.

This role is responsible for leading the execution, operations, partnerships, product delivery, regulatory coordination, and commercial readiness of our exchange platform. You will own a FINRA Broker-Dealer, SEC Alternative Trading System (ATS), SEC Registered Transfer Agent, and the marketplace technology that brings them together.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who enjoys being in the details, solving difficult problems, working directly with engineering, coordinating with regulators, building strategic partnerships, and making sure the business moves forward every day.

You won't be hiring a large team. You'll lead the talented team already in place and be responsible for getting the platform across the finish line.

About Us

We are building the next generation of market infrastructure for private assets.

Our platform combines a FINRA Broker-Dealer, SEC Alternative Trading System (ATS), SEC Registered Transfer Agent, and marketplace technology with an AI-powered intelligence platform that is transforming how private assets are analyzed, valued, and ultimately traded.

Our intelligence platform is now entering rapid commercial growth. As the founder shifts focus toward scaling that business, we're looking for an exceptional operator to take full ownership of our exchange platform and lead it through launch.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the entire exchange business, including:

• Leading all operational execution across the exchange organization.

• Driving product delivery from planning through production release.

• Working directly with engineering, product, QA, and design to ensure execution stays on track.

• Prioritizing work, removing bottlenecks, and maintaining delivery schedules.

• Coordinating testing, production readiness, and launch activities.

• Managing regulatory coordination with FINRA, the SEC, and related compliance initiatives.

• Building and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and marketplace participants.

• Representing the company in executive-level meetings with enterprise partners.

• Identifying operational risks before they become problems.

• Making decisions quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Running this business as though it were your own.

What We're Looking For

You have significant experience in regulated financial markets and understand what it takes to launch and operate complex financial infrastructure.

Ideally, you've worked with one or more of the following:

• Alternative Trading Systems (ATS)

• Broker-Dealers

• Electronic trading platforms

• Financial marketplaces

• Capital markets infrastructure

• Exchange technologies

You also have experience:

• Leading cross-functional teams.

• Working closely with software engineering and product organizations.

• Managing complex execution across multiple stakeholders.

• Working with FINRA, the SEC, or other financial regulators.

• Building strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations.

• Presenting to executive leadership at large financial institutions.

• Operating in fast-moving startup or growth-stage environments.

• Delivering products without relying on large teams or excessive resources.

Within your first year, you will have:

• Taken full ownership of the exchange business.

• Established predictable execution across engineering and operations.

• Built key strategic partnerships.

• Successfully coordinated regulatory initiatives supporting launch.

• Delivered a production-ready marketplace platform.

• Positioned the business for commercial launch in 2027.
