Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring each client feels heard and valued. • Efficiently manage and prioritize maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors or internal teams to ensure timely resolution. • Track and update work orders in our system, maintaining accurate records for seamless follow-up and reporting. • Communicate clearly with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall service delivery. • Stay informed about company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in all interactions. • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members for swift resolution. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or call center roles, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective interactions with clients and team members. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service quality. • Familiarity with maintenance request processes or similar operational workflows, enhancing your ability to coordinate and resolve issues swiftly. • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless follow-up. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately for quick resolution. • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery consistently. Compensation: $15.50 - $18 hourly
