Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Area. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and capital planning to support the company’s growth and innovation objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations. The CFO will partner with executive leadership on strategic decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide long-range financial planning. This role also involves building and mentoring the finance team, optimizing systems and processes, and communicating financial performance and risk to internal and external stakeholders, including the board and investors.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in corporate finance, including Finance and Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability in Financial Planning, budgeting, and forecasting to manage short- and long-term organizational objectives.
\n
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including GAAP-compliant reporting, audits, and internal control frameworks.
\n
• Experience leading finance teams, with a track record of developing talent, improving processes, and implementing financial systems.
\n
• Proven background in executive leadership within technology, aerospace, defense, or related industries is highly beneficial.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential is strongly preferred.
\n
• Ability to operate on-site in the Greater Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Area and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
