Clinical Supervisor - CSS Program

Location: Hyde Park, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Program Type: Substance Use Disorder / Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) program. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and support to counseling staff while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and team leader who is passionate about recovery-oriented care and staff development.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors and clinical staff
Ensure delivery of quality clinical services in compliance with Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations and program standards
Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation for quality and compliance
Facilitate individual and group supervision sessions
Support staff with crisis intervention, case consultation, and treatment planning
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development
Collaborate with nursing, recovery coaches, case managers, and leadership team members
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and utilization review processes
Monitor program outcomes and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused treatment environment

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
Independent clinical licensure preferred:
- LICSW
- LMHC
- or equivalent
Experience working in substance use disorder treatment strongly preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience required
Knowledge of BSAS regulations and documentation standards
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience with trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders preferred

Pay: $85,000 - $92,000 per year
