Account Project Manager, Off Price Retail

Location: Los Angeles, CA | On site | Monday through Friday

We are seeking an Account Project Manager to own the day to day execution of our off price retail business. This highly visible role is ideal for an organized, proactive project manager who enjoys driving results across multiple departments and is polished enough to represent us in front of major retail buyers.

Position Overview

The Account Project Manager is responsible for turning buyer conversations into completed work. You will capture action items from buyer meetings, coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Order Management, and Purchasing to move each project forward, and keep buyers informed with clear, professional updates. You will not simply log requests; you will chase them to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend buyer meetings and document every product request, sample need, and follow up item
• Build and maintain a project tracker for all open account initiatives, with owners, deadlines, and status
• Follow up consistently with Product Development, Marketing, and Creative to keep pending projects moving and escalate when timelines are at risk
• Manage new product development timelines and deliverables from concept through sample approval and final delivery
• Prepare buyer facing materials, including line reviews, product presentations, and status recaps
• Serve as a day to day point of contact for buyers, providing timely, accurate, and professional communication
• Prepare and manage sales quotations in Oracle and monitor order progress through Order Management and Purchasing
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

• On site position; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily, Monday through Friday
• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or product coordination, ideally in consumer products or retail
• Proven ability to manage many projects and deadlines at once without letting anything slip
• Comfortable following up persistently with internal teams and holding people accountable without direct authority
• Confident, polished communicator in both written updates and live buyer interactions
• Strong organizational skills; experience with project tracking tools or advanced Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Off price retail experience (TJX, Ross, Burlington) is a strong plus
