Salary Salary Range: $46 - $47/Hour What You’ll Do Ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. Guide patients and families through the end‑of‑life journey, maintaining trust. Serve as a respected caregiver and hospice educator, making bedside care decisions independently. Help patients and loved ones understand and embrace the palliative nature of hospice and the benefits of comfort‑focused end‑of‑life care. Spend most of your time caring for hospice patients in their homes or facilities, typically making 4–6 visits per day. Visit the local program office once a week to meet with the interdisciplinary team (social workers, physicians, chaplains, and nurses) to collaborate on holistic support for patients and families. What’s Expected From You RN license and at least two years of nursing experience. Reliable transportation. Demonstrated commitment, compassion, and a can‑do attitude.
