Branch Manager- Veterans Home Care

Home Care Branch Manager Our company seeks an experienced Home Care Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, compliance, client care, and staff management. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff. Supervise daily workflow and provide performance evaluations. Handle discipline and termination in line with company policy. Manage company resources and gross margin including caregiver overtime/pay rates. Drive overall revenue growth and maintain utilization/fill rate. Maintain referral to admission ratio and referral flow. Build and maintain community relationships with ALs, ILs, hospitals, SNF, memory care, LTAC, VA, LTC, and workers’ comp. Communicate timely issues and concerns to regional and senior leadership. Manage client census and referral initiation within 48 hours. Oversee client visits and client satisfaction above 95%. Ensure client fill rate 95% or above on authorized hours. Operations & People Management Staffing and recruiting. Business development and expansion. Community relations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Function well in high‑paced, stressful environment. Willing to take on‑call. Qualifications Associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum two years of business and people management. Experience in account management. Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. Leadership proficiency.
