Job Location Located in Tampa Bay Area, FL, but the position is remote with some travel within the USA few times a year. Green Team Worldwide Environmental Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Development Associate to join our team. As a Development Associate, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth coordination of various aspects of our operations. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely, but occasional travel within the USA is required. Key Responsibilities Assist the Development Manager Review and respond to requests from landlords/contractors and coordinate actions needed with area managers. Create weekly/monthly reports for upper management. Work with company’s software on daily basis to complete various tasks Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Salary $54,000 / year (for the first 6 months, with a salary review and increase at the end of the period) + quarterly bonuses based on performance, health insurance benefits, 10-days paid PTO per year Application Process To apply for the Development Associate position, please submit your resume detailing your qualifications and experience.
