Director, Owned Channel Audience Solutions, US Consumer

Pfizer seeks a Customer Data Platform expert to build and manage email audiences within Salesforce Data Cloud for US consumer marketing campaigns. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted, data-driven engagement strategies across 20+ priority brands.

Responsibilities

Build and manage email audiences and data extensions within Salesforce Data Cloud
Review and prioritize CDP audience structuring requests through intake pipeline
Manage internal QA tool cataloguing questions and answers for DTC websites
Partner with Marketing Channel Delivery and Accenture teams on audience approval and deployment
Extract insights from Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics to optimize targeting strategy

Requirements

Significant experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for email targeting and audience building
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in healthcare or digital marketing
Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, or data schema querying
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Executive presence and demonstrated strategic mindset

Compensation: $162,900–$271,500 base salary, plus 20% bonus target and long-term equity eligibility
