HR Generalist Responsibilities Process hourly and salary payroll and prepare payroll reports, tax filings and audits Support full‑cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates and onboarding Act as liaison with temporary staffing agencies Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and policies Administer benefit programs and communicate with vendors Maintain accurate, confidential HR records in compliance with legal standards Assist with human resources projects and policy/process updates Other Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in human resources and payroll, preferably in manufacturing or corporate environments Proficient knowledge of wage & hour laws, payroll compliance, and benefits administration Experience with payroll and HRIS systems required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Dart Solutions
