Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist (Hybrid – Seattle, WA) Position Overview We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to help grow awareness and engagement for our women's health and fertility education platform. This role will work closely with the Founder to develop educational content, manage marketing campaigns, and drive audience growth across social media and paid advertising channels. This position is primarily remote, with periodic in-person content creation sessions in the Seattle area for filming, photography, and collaborative planning. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Collaborate directly with the Founder to develop educational content focused on fertility, reproductive health, and women's wellness. Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. Participate in and coordinate in-person content creation sessions, including video recording, photography, and educational resource development. Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form videos, graphics, blog content, and social media posts. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and regulatory considerations. Social Media Management Own and manage the content calendar across all marketing channels. Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance. Identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights to increase engagement and reach. Manage community engagement and monitor platform performance metrics. Advertising & Growth Marketing Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across: Instagram TikTok Reddit Create and test ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition cost. Provide regular reporting and recommendations for campaign improvements. Marketing Operations Coordinate marketing assets and maintain organized content libraries. Track campaign results and provide actionable performance insights. Stay informed on industry trends in women's health, fertility, social media, and digital marketing. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related field. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Experience creating content for social media platforms. Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership and subject matter experts. Preferred Experience marketing within healthcare, wellness, women's health, fertility, or related industries. Experience producing educational content. Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. Photography and video production experience.
